Mariana has obtained a unique experience having worked formerly as an associate lawyer at a busy Toronto plaintiff personal injury firm, an in-house counsel at an insurance company, and an associate lawyer at a defence firm. Mariana's practice focuses in the areas of personal injury claims: accident benefits, tort claims, and slip & fall accidents, as well as different types of insurance and disability claims. Her previous work has provided Mariana with an extensive experience and knowledge of all angles of insurance claims.
Mariana was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. After completing two years of Medical School in Moscow she moved to Israel with her family where she obtained the LL.B and LL.M Degrees from
Tel-Aviv University, Faculty of Law. After being called to the Israel Bar in 2001, Mariana practiced law for five years in the areas of Personal Injury, Insurance Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation in Israel representing insurance companies, municipality and corporate clients. After moving to Canada, Mariana attended the University of Toronto, Law School to obtain the necessary accreditation requirements, and was then called to the Ontario Bar.
While in Canada, Mariana has had many favorable settlements for her clients and when necessary has successfully appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Mariana uses her medical background while handling accident benefits and personal injury files and is highly effective and result-oriented when serving the diverse legal needs of her clients.
Mariana is also an instructor at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and teaches Administrative Law at Paralegal Program.
Mariana is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.
Her spare time Mariana is spending with her husband and daughter, visiting art exhibitions, and participating in different sport activities.
Georgiana worked formerly as an associate lawyer with a busy Toronto plaintiff personal injury firm. Georgiana’s practice focuses on accident benefits claims, tort claims, slip & fall claims, disability claims and different types of insurance claims.
Georgiana was graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law in Romania with LL.B degree in 2003. She obtained also B.C.L Degree from Sorbonne University in Paris, France. After coming to Canada Georgiana was graduated from the Osgoode Law School and was then called to the Ontario Bar.
Georgiana has an extensive experience with representing the clients before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Superior Court of Justice. Georgiana is highly proactive, thoughtful and detail oriented while serving her clients, and is able to reach most favorable results for them.
Georgiana is also an instructor at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and teaches Contracts and Torts at the Paralegal Program.
Georgiana is fluent in English, Romanian and French, she also speaks Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
Most of her spare time Georgiana likes to participate in the charity sport activities.
